Information we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, phone number, email address, and service address.
- Service details you provide: number of dogs, service frequency, yard information, and similar details needed to quote and perform the service.
- Access and pet details you provide: gate codes, gate and latch notes, which areas to clean, and your dogs' names. We store these only so we can actually do the job, and we do not use them for anything else.
- Website usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and IP address, collected through standard analytics to improve the site.
Billing and payment information
Card details are collected and held by our payment processor so your service can be charged. They are never accessible to our staff. We only see what is needed to run the business, such as whether an invoice was paid.

If you would rather we not use images of your property for marketing, tell us at any time by calling or texting (725) 200-2028 or by email, and we will exclude your property from marketing use going forward. Photo proof of your own service will continue either way.
SMS / text messaging consent
When you provide your phone number through our quote request form at poopscoopdude.com/quote or through our Facebook lead form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Poop Scoop Dude related to your quote, service, and occasional offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except as needed to deliver the messaging service (for example, our messaging provider).
